FROSTED CARROT BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 jars (6 oz.) junior carrots
4 eggs

Combine oil, carrots and eggs. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Spread in greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

6 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream together cream cheese, vanilla and butter. Gradually add sugar beating at medium speed until well blended. Spread over cooled bars.
