POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant toasted coconut pudding mix, use dry
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. hot water

Add all ingredients in order given, mix well, by hand. Divide into 2 large bread pans greased. Bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes.
