FRESH SPINACH AND SESAME SEED 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and dried
1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed carefully
1 12 c. fresh bean sprouts
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp

Marinate mushrooms in salad dressing for 1 hour. Remove stems and heavy veins from spinach, using only tender leaves. Combine spinach, sprouts, and marinated mushrooms. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and sesame seeds; pour over the mixture. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Toss and serve.
