ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. water

Combine first 6 ingredients, 2 tablespoons Parmesan and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Mix thoroughly. Form into loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain excess fat. Pour on remaining spaghetti sauce mixed with water. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
