JELLO FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello mixed and chilled
2 med. apples, pared and sliced
1 can pineapple, drained crushed and save juice
3 sliced bananas

TOPPING:

1 egg beaten, well
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. flour

Cook until thickened. Chill completely. Whip 1 package Dream Whip according to directions. Add topping mix to Dream Whip and blend well. Spread over Jello. You may also put a cherry in center and garnish with chopped nuts or Parmesan cheese. This makes a beautiful buffet dish in a beautiful glass bowl.
