JACK'S MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/3 c. raisins
2 oz. can mushroom pieces
2 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
Milk

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add sufficient milk to mushroom liquid to total 1/2 cup. Combine all ingredients. Mix well and form into a loaf in a 10 x 10 inch baking dish. Pour about 3/4 cup water into dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
