1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter

Put all ingredients except oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla in pan. Bring to a slow boil, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until thick. Drop from spoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill.
