PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed and mixed with 1/3 c. butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Salted Spanish peanuts
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

First layer: Oreos, crushed and mixed with butter. Freeze. Second layer: ice cream. Freeze. For third layer, cover with salted peanuts. For fourth layer, boil remaining ingredients for 8 minutes. Cool; pour over the top and freeze.
