BAKED HADDOCK 
Place 2 slices fillet of haddock in small baking dish. Add 1 large sliced onion, 1 seeded and cubed green pepper, and 2 chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 2 servings.
