HADDOCK BAKE 
2-4 haddock fillets
1 c. olive oil
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of garlic
Some minced onions
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Liberal coarse ground pepper
1 tbsp. dill

Marinate 2-4 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Bake in liquid and cover with chips or corn flake crumbs.
