WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. whipped cream cheese
6 lg. eggs
4 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease bottom of spring cake pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on bottom of pan or prepare graham cracker crust and press on bottom of pan. Blend cream cheese and sour cream. In separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix into cream cheese mixture and blend. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees. Shut oven off. Don't open oven for 2 more hours or cake will crack.
