CHICKEN AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. noodles
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3-4 chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces

Boil noodles to tenderness. Combine cooked chicken pieces with remaining ingredients over low heat until well blended. Stir in cooked noodles. Serve as is or store for later use. If stored, bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1/2 hour covered. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and continue baking uncovered, approximately 1/2 hour more. Makes 2 quart casserole.
