MY FAVORITE WAFFLES 
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar

Lightly brush waffle grids with vegetables oil or spray with Pam. Close unit and preheat at medium setting. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Set side. In large bowl beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Continue beating adding milk and vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Pour one cup of batter evenly on preheated grid close until and bake until light out 5-7 minutes. Makes 3-4 section waffles.
