BRUSSELS SPROUTS CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts (4 c.)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, browned in butter with seasoning added
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of paprika

If fresh, soak sprouts in salt water 1/2 hour. Drain and rinse. Place in water and boil 10-20 minutes. Best to steam vegetables. Combine ingredients and sprinkle over hot vegetables.
