2 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 egg

Heat oven. Mix meat, soup mix, milk and egg. Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Loosen edges with spatula and place loaf in baking dish, 9x13x2 inch. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon onto loaf. 8 servings.
