FRESH APPLE BREAD | |
4 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 4 tbsp. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 c. apples, chopped 1 c. pecans, chopped Combine first 5 ingredients and beat well. Sift flour with soda and salt. Blend egg and flour mixtures. Fold in apples, and pecans, mixing until blended. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until sides pull away from pan. Can be frozen. |
