LEMONADE COOKIES 
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour and baking powder together. Put eggs, butter, sugar, and 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate into blender and process at blend. Pour into sifted ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar. Remove cookies to cooling rack. Makes about 4 dozen.
