LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, divided

Cream together butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to creamed mixture with 1/2 cup of lemonade.

Drop dough from a teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies with lemonade and sprinkle with sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
