VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 bag broccoli & cauliflower mix
1/2 bag tortellini, boiled

Combine both cheeses, soup and sour cream. Spread 1/2 of mixture on bottom of casserole dish. Add vegetables and tortellini. Spread remaining half of cheese mixture on top. Garnish with onion rings and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is a good recipe, I used a whole bag of tortellini that serves 4. I added onion, garlic and extra cheese. Aslo, I used the french fried onions instead of onion rings.
