VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix cheese and onion with mayonnaise. Layer 1/2 vegetables and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture, repeat.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Combine butter and cracker crumbs for topping. Remove from oven, spread on topping and cook 15 minutes longer.
