SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1 c. melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. soft bread crumbs
5-6 c. cooked fresh shrimp

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry; mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
