JACK'S ASIAN BARBECUE WINGS
Brush the barbecue grates with vegetable oil. Arrange 2-3 pounds of thawed chicken wings on grates over indirect heat (heat should be on one half the grill, chicken wings on the other, unheated side).

Heat grill to a temperature of 375°F-400°F. The wings will be cooked, depending on size and on your grill, in about 40-50 minutes.

Wing Sauce:

In a saucepan, combine:

1/2 cup minced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. peanut or olive oil
1 tbsp. Jack Daniels Bourbon

Heat until steaming hot; remove from heat. Using a clean bbq mop, brush Wing Sauce over both sides of wings during the final 10 minutes of cooking.

Remove wings from bbq and add to saucepan in still-warm sauce; stir around to coat and heat for 2-3 minutes before serving with sauce on the side.
