BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook broccoli; drain and chop. Cook rice. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients and place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
