GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE/DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter

In deep 9x12 oblong pan sprayed with Pam, sprinkle coconut and pecans. Mix cake mix as directed and pour over nuts and coconut. Next mix powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese and carefully spoon over cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Slower oven bake longer. Cut in squares and serve. Cover to keep moist.
