GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Flour pan as usual. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake as directed on box. Pour batter on top of coconut and pecans. Mix butter, confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Blend with a little milk (enough to make it runny). Pour on top of cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
