GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. butter, melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Mix pecans and coconut together, spread on bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Spread mixture over nuts and coconut mixture. Mix the butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Spread over cake mix layer, leaving about 1 inch margin from sides of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
