MINT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
5 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

MINT FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint
Green food coloring

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/2 c. cocoa
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

BROWNIES: Melt shortening, add cocoa and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients, let cool. Frost with mint frosting. Let set up. Frost with chocolate.

FROSTINGS: Let cool. Frost with mint frosting. Let set up. Frost with chocolate frosting. Cut and serve.
