SAUSAGE CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. hot or sweet sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. water

Brown meat, drain and cool. Add cheese, biscuit mix and water. Mix with fork. Roll in 1-inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 100.
