SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PUFF 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
18 eggs
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. minced dried onion
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced

In 10 inch skillet cook sausage until browned; drain and set aside. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. In large mixing bowl beat eggs with electric mixer on medium speed about 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Beat in cream and onion.

Pour into greased dish; sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese slices. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings.
