CHICKEN BREASTS AND CHIPPED BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned
1 (5 oz.) pkg. smoked dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
8 slices bacon, cut in half
Rice
Paprika and parsley

In a shallow baking dish (13x9x2) arrange beef in small pieces. Add boned chicken breasts which have been wrapped in bacon. Cover with mushroom soup which has been diluted with sour cream.

Bake covered at 300-325 degrees for 3 hours. Uncover and stir. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour or more. Serve with rice and garnish with a little paprika and parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
