BEEF MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 can mild green chilies. chopped
2 tomatoes, cubed
1 bag regular size Fritos (corn chips)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. In another bowl combine all 3 soups, chilies, onions, bell peppers; mix well. Layer Fritos, then soup mixture, top with cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish top with tomatoes.
