MEXICAN BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
6-8 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chiles

Saute beef until brown. Drain off fat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add soups and 1/2 cup water. Line bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish with 3 broken tortillas. Cover with half of meat mixture, then half of chiles and half of cheese. Use rest of tortillas for next layer, then meat, chiles and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes until hot.
