MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1 lg. onion, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. can tomatoes
16 oz. can kidney beans

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

OPTIONAL: Sliced Cheddar cheese and sliced ripe olives arranged on top and baked an extra 5 minutes after casserole is done.
