CHICKEN-CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE 
12-14 lg. chicken breast halves, deboned
1 jar chipped beef
Bacon
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-4 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® Wild & Plain Rice

1. Wrap chicken breast with bacon (1/2 piece slice is enough).

2. Line baking dish with chipped beef.

3. Lay chicken breasts on beef.

4. Mix sour cream and soup.

5. Pour over chicken.

6. Bake in 250 degree oven 3 1/2 to 4 hours, uncovered.

7. Make rice according to package directions and serve chicken over rice with some of the juice from the pan.
