BEEF TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (14 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (mild)
1 (6 oz.) bag Doritos corn chips, or more
1/2 c. chopped sm. onion
1/2 lb. grated cheese (cheddar, longhorn or Mozzarella)

Brown beef. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in soups, sauce and chilies; heat. Place in 9"x13" casserole alternating chips, sauce, onion and cheese. Make several layers. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. These may be frozen and reheated. Serves 4 to 6.
