OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes, unpeeled & cut into wedges
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Arrange wedges, peeling side down, in baking pan. Mix other ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Brush occasionally with oil mixture.
