LIGHT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE
CHEESECAKE
 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. chocolate chips, melted
5 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. lite cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 c. chocolate chips, melted
4 lg. eggs

In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Press onto bottom of 8 1/2 inch springform pan. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth. Add melted chocolate and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely. Center will firm as cheesecake cools. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
