2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (sweetened in own juice)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix all the ingredients together (do not use mixer). Bake for 30 minutes or until tests done at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk
2 sticks butter

Heat and boil 4 minutes. Add:

1 can Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Spread over cooled cake.
