SHORTENING FREE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten (I use egg beaters)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix flour and sugar. Add rest and mix well. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. softened butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
