3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Roll out and cut and deep fry. Makes 3 dozen.
