ZUCCHINI-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 med. zucchini
2 med. tomatoes
1 med. onion
Bread crumbs, seasoned
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese

Slice zucchini, tomatoes, onions. Layer in casserole baking dish with dabs of butter and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
