SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix first 3 ingredients and roll into small meatballs. Fry and drain. For 20 minutes simmer remaining ingredients to make the sauce. Add meatballs and serve.
