1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix thoroughly. Marinate 2-24 hours. Cook until tender, but not dry.
