HAM AND CHEESE CREPES 
12 cooked crepes (round and thin like burritos)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
12 slices (12 oz.) thinly sliced cooked ham
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, butter (melted)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle each crepe with about 2 tablespoons cheese. Top each with ham slices.

In small bowl, combine onions, salt, pepper, sour cream and mustard; mix well. Spread about 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture over ham. Roll up. Place seam side down in 13x9 inch pan.

Mix butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over crepes. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. 12 crepes.
