NO CRUST SALMON QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can salmon

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole or quiche dish. Mix cheese and salmon together. Press cheese and salmon into egg mixture to submerge. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
