NO CRUST SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/ tsp. baking powder 1 onion, chopped 3 c. shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese 1 c. milk 1 stick butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten 1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained Mix together first 5 ingredients. In another bowl combine milk, eggs, and butter. Combine with dry ingredients. Add spinach. Place mixture in quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
