PIE CRUST FOR QUICHE | |
1 1/3 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. milk Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl. Pour oil and milk into measuring cup. Do not mix. Add to flour mixture all at once. Stir with fork until all is moistened. Press into pie pan with fingers. Add filling and bake as directed. |
