NO CRUST QUICHE 
8 slices of bacon
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of greased pan, beat eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce to 300 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes.

Really good. I precooked the bacon and only needed four slices. Double the recipe for more than four people.
