NO-CRUST QUICHE 
12 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. dried onion bits
3 shakes Lawry's seasoning salt

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan well. Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pan, then the onion bits.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over the cheese and onion bits.

Bake at 300°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Be sure the center is done by inserting a thin knife into the center; it should come out clean. (Resist the urge to keep opening the oven to peek!)

Bacon bits, green peppers, mushrooms, chopped ham, etc. may be added, if desired.
