NO CRUST QUICHE 
2 c. spinach (1 - 10 oz. pkg.), cooked & drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. red or green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. ham, diced
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Layer the first five ingredients in bottom of a quiche pan or a 10" pie plate. Beat the milk, Bisquick and eggs together and pour over the other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
